Support Groups

At The Lighthouse RCO, our support groups are anchored in connection, empathy, and lived experience. These gatherings, often held in welcoming spaces like The Drift Room or The Beacon Room, are designed to be judgment-free zones where participants can safely share struggles, celebrate wins, and build community.

Led by trained Peer Support Specialists who have walked their own unique paths to recovery, our groups bring together youth, young adults, caregivers, and family members who are navigating mental health, substance use, or co-occurring challenges. Whether you’re new to recovery or maintaining long-term wellness, you’ll find others who get it—people who will listen without lecturing and support without strings.
