At The Lighthouse RCO, we believe that meaningful work can be a powerful anchor in the recovery journey. Our Workforce Development program supports youth, young adults, and families in building the tools, confidence, and connections needed to move toward independence and purpose.

Housed in spaces like The Helm—where future direction takes shape—this program goes beyond job search basics. It’s about helping participants reclaim agency, reimagine what’s possible, and prepare for sustainable employment in environments that respect their journey.

Our Approach Includes:

Job Readiness Workshops

Covering time management, professionalism, self-advocacy, and conflict resolution

We also provide targeted support for youth exploring first-time jobs or career pathways, helping them navigate entry-level work, internships, or trades, and offering insights into financial literacy, goal-setting, and soft skills often not taught in school.
