At The Lighthouse RCO, our Workshops & Training are designed to support individuals and families navigating recovery—especially transitional-aged youth and young adults—by building real-life skills that strengthen emotional wellness, self-sufficiency, and connection.

Held in themed spaces like The Anchor Room or The Compass Room, these sessions are led by peer recovery specialists, lived-experience facilitators, and community partners who understand the challenges of early recovery and reentry. Topics range from emotional regulation and conflict resolution to job readiness, budgeting, relapse prevention, nutrition, and healthy relationships.

Each training is interactive and trauma-informed, providing participants with practical tools they can apply immediately. But more than that, these sessions are intentionally structured to be community-building spaces where people feel seen, heard, and supported—whether they’re developing communication skills in a role-play or collaborating in a youth-led vision board session.

Through our workshops, participants grow in confidence, build resilience, and begin to imagine a future beyond survival. Whether you’re attending as a young person in recovery, a supportive family member, or someone seeking a sense of direction, our workshops offer a path forward—rooted in self-discovery, skill-building, and hope.
